Cancellation, Shipping & Refund Policy

For buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies only. The estimated shipping duration is 7 days and will be delivered within 7-10 days . Once you place your order, you will be notified of your exact shipping date. If you have an urgent request, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Cancellation can be done within 24 hours of the order placed. Refund will be credited through online mode in 10 working days. Shipping charges already incurred will not be part of the refund. Return can be made within 2 days of the order received. At Communicaids Innovation Private Limited, we pride ourselves on giving you the best service. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the product received by you, we can have a replacement sent if the request is made 14 days from the date of shipment.
