Feedback from our participants:

Dr Sheelu Srinivas MBBS, ENT (Paediatric ENT Specialist)

I thoroughly enjoyed the learning at Com DEALL for the last six months. A very well-planned program which included reading materials, case taking, intervention planning with manuals, MCQ’s and contact lectures. The best part was supervised parent interaction and observation of sessions. It gave me hands-on experience.

The amount of printed material and manuals shared during this period shows Com DEALL’s interest in sharing Dr Pratibha Karanth’s wisdom of more than 5 decades in this field with others who want to make a difference for these children.

The course increased my understanding of children with communication disabilities and the treatment options available to these children and families. It has also given me confidence.

Here I must mention that the teachers and supervisors were very open about other approaches available for Children with autism spectrum. This kind of learning environment is a rarity in the present day commercial world. Overall, Com DEALL and its team are genuinely interested in making a change in the lives of children with communication disorders and autism spectrum.

Dr Varsha Saxena, Consultant Pediatrician:

I have enjoyed the Com DEALL training. In spite of being a Pediatrician and learnt about developmental disabilities, this program has been an eye-opener for me. It has made me confident to assess the children with developmental disorder in my day to day practice. The Com DEALL model has given me a comprehensive material for early diagnosis in children with developmental disorders.

The Com DEALL program is systematic, simple in a nutshell deals with all aspects of childhood development. Com DEALL is all about working as a team.

This early intervention program is crucial to helping the child and family through the difficult early years. The training provided by Com DEALL provided me with the skills to do hands-on work with autistic children and helped me deal with children with developmental disabilities more effectively. I have already started using the techniques in my practice and plan to take it forward as I gain more confidence.

Mrs Jeyanthi Venkat:

I would like to thank you for this well-designed course on kids’ early intervention. The materials given were very useful. Being a mom of a kid with little delay, this program was very much useful to better understand my kid and his development. The practical assessments were very useful to get a clear idea about the developmental checklist. The classroom training (contact classes) reminded my college days. The sessions were very well planned and organized. Overall, the training was very useful and I got a better knowledge about the developmental delays in kids and intervention techniques.
