Session Guidelines for Overseas Clients
Service Framework

• All sessions will be conducted under the clinical and ethical standards followed in India.
• We are not liable to comply with country-specific regulations of the client unless mutually agreed upon.

Session Timings

• Sessions should preferably be scheduled between 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. IST.
• If the client requests a session outside these hours (7:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. IST), it will be considered an after-hours session and will attract a higher fee.

Consent and Documentation (Attached with this email)

• Please ensure that a written consent form is shared and signed before the first session, clearly stating our service limitations as a provider from India.
• Maintain proper session records as per our internal protocol.

Fees and Payment Guidelines: Session Cost

• The standard cost per session will be USD $20.
• For after-hours sessions (8 p.m. to 9 a.m. IST), an additional surcharge of USD $5 will be applicable.

Taxes

• If payment is made in foreign currency (e.g., USD) through a compliant international channel, the service qualifies as an export of service and will be charged 0% GST.
• If payment is received in INR, 18% GST will be applicable.

Mode of Payment
Payments should be made through internationally accepted channels (such as PayPal Business or SWIFT) in advance, unless otherwise agreed.

Action Required
Before confirming the first session, please check with the client:

• Whether the proposed session timing in IST is suitable
• Whether they are comfortable with the USD $20 session fee and the USD $5 additional charge for sessions outside standard hours, if applicable
